Het Zuid-Londense Fat Dog is een onstuimige mix van genres. De belichaming van muzikale rebellie en ongetemde levenslust.

Fat Dog, born out of the creative mind of Joe Love in the tumultuous year of 2021, quickly transformed into a phenomenon in the music world. The band consists of Chris Hughes (keyboards/synths), Ben Harris (bass), Johnny Hutchinson (drums), Morgan Wallace (keyboards, saxophone), and Love himself.

Known for their exuberant performances, Fat Dog’s music, described by Hughes as "the polar opposite of thinking music," invites people to dance and let go. This approach has earned them success with numerous sold-out shows, such as at Scala and Electric Brixton, and recent highlights including a US tour where they even performed an unforgettable show in a taco tent.

Fat Dog’s album WOOF., produced by Joe Love, James Ford, and Jimmy Robertson, is a wild ride through genres like electro-punk, rock ‘n’ roll, techno, and rave, infused with influences from Bicep, I.R.O.K., Kamasi Washington, and Little Big. This eclectic mix results in what Love describes as "screaming-into-a-pillow" music, ideal for those who want to break conventions.

With plans to return to North America and perform at prominent festivals like Glastonbury, Truck, and Latitude, Fat Dog promises to expand their energetic presence even further. The band embodies musical rebellion and untamed joy, offering an experience you won’t want to miss.

Get ready for an unforgettable night where the music is loud, the bass is deep, and the sense of community is palpable.
