Josefien Cornette and Bebe Books invite you to a unique workshop where they will collaborate on creating a more accessible tarot deck that is understandable and usable for everyone. This workshop is part of the research process for the Disability Tarot Deck, which will be launched during the Women And Children First festival.

What will you be working on?

In this session, they will explore various aspects of accessibility, including materiality, visibility, and motor use of the deck. Participants will create images and experiment with forms that are as inclusive as possible. To ensure a safe and welcoming space, they will work with experts with lived experience, so that there is room for everyone’s personal input and feelings. Your contribution is crucial in helping to develop this deck!

To create a cozy atmosphere, drinks and snacks will be provided for everyone.
