Piet De Praitere is a writer, actor, and stand-up comedian. A fabulous storyteller with an absurd style full of grace and skill – unpredictable and graceful. A true performer and "old-timer" who is currently experiencing his second youth.

Every generation has distinctive performers who cannot be categorized. Piet De Praitere is one of them. After his theater training, he was involved in the birth of Flemish comedy. This led him to Studio Kafka, a humorous radio program on Studio Brussel, where he collaborated with, among others, Kamagurka. From this program, his first character Etienne with the cleft palate emerged. This was followed by about ten full-length solo shows. As an actor, Piet has played various roles in films and TV series such as: Bevergem, De Twaalf, Onder Vuur, Nonkels, Chantal ...
