As part of the festival programme WOMEN AND CHILDREN FIRST: Exercises in Accessibility, Vooruit is once again inviting you, the public, to put your heads together, join in the debate, to see, hear and experience how we can make our presentations more accessible. We will look at the visible and invisible barriers that face artists and audiences with a range of different ability.
As an art institution, Vooruit is a place of thinking and working together, where the society of tomorrow is already being made, reflected on and discussed. We’d like to welcome artists and their audiences – and anyone else who wants to have their say – to join our team in this endeavour. It’s an exercise in conscious action...
