For nearly ten years, artist Mark Požlep has lived on a houseboat in Handelsdok, delving into the unique stories flowing beneath the surface.
In contrast to the bustling streets, these rivers and canals offer a perspective rarely seen firsthand, often only glimpsed from bridges and waterfronts.
'Everything Under' merges art, exploration, and communal gathering. Over the coming year, Požlep will explore these waterways through carefully documented research expeditions. In preparation, he's constructing a new vessel specifically for this purpose. During his journeys, he engages in dialogue with residents and passersby, inviting them to share their perspectives on these landscape lines.
