Belgium is truly blessed with a rich and varied heavy scene, and Hemelbestormer assembles the very best from former scene favourites Serpentcult, Gorath and Death Penalty. 'Hemelbestormer' literally translates as 'Stormer of Heaven' but is also a term to describe an idealist with a revolutionary world view. A fitting name then, for a band that excels in headstrong instrumental music, combining a deafening wall of sound with genuine emotion and epic sweep.
