Claire Ratinon

Claire Ratinon is an organic food grower, presenter and writer. In the past, she grew vegetables for the London-based Ottolenghi restaurant Rovi and at folx farm in Sussex, a farm founded by women and non-binary people. She is the co-founder of Solidarity Across Land Trades (SALT), a new union for farmers. She is the garden columnist for The Guardian's Saturday Magazine and author of the book Unearthed: On Race and Roots, and How the Soil Taught Me I Belong (2022).
